Dogs Days of Summer
August has really flown past. I've got at least two posts that I've started and are sitting in the draft pile on Blogger. Excuses range from excessive work to, well just the work part. However, as of this evening I will have completed the first set of projects for a new client - 15 sites total. I did most of the walks two weeks ago and have been working with a variety of drafters to get everything done. It feels good when you clear up a big job, even though in the back of my mind I remember all of the projects I've let slide over the last two weeks to get it all done. I suppose it's a reason to get out of bed tomorrow morning.
I've got a lot of stories to tell, including one involving my sister and a certain cathedral down at Addison & Clark. Right now I'm going to call it a night. I'm thinking of swinging by Neil's and picking up a nice bottle of Speyside. I feel like I've earned it.
