Spooner & Northern MN

I just made it back from a three-day trip up to MN. Sunday was a pleasant day for a drive, while I unfortunately had to deal with rain and cold for the rest of the trip. I was lucky enough to meet up with my friend Missy in the Twin Cities on Monday night. Here's a picture I took of a 500' guyed tower in Spooner.

The next morning it was very cold and nasty - about 30 degrees in Superior, with freezing rain. Here's how it looked at the tower site that morning. Everything was coated in ice.
